No, they appear to be closed for the season. We drove by a week or so ago and they were closed.

Is this place dog friendly?

Unsure, however there is outdoor seating so may be....

When will they reopen? I think it's supposed to be sometime in March right? If so what date?

How do you get ice cream here? Walked in and there was no one to seat me, but looked like there were only servers with menus. Do you just sit anywhere?

I have always just walked in for food and have told sit anywhere. For ice cream I go to ice cream counter. It's not your typical Stewart's. The Lobster rolls are awesome.
